There are multiple popular listings in Park Slope, with Bed Stuy also in the mix. All of the listings passed the $1 million mark this week. Which would you choose?

10. This home is one of the highly coveted mews houses on Warren Place in the Cobble Hill Historic District. Need we say more? Actually, there’s not a whole lot more we can say based on photo evidence, but the listing tells us the 1878 house has been renovated within the last seven years, with new windows, a heating/cooling system, new mechanicals, upgraded electric and plumbing, a repointed facade and Viking appliances.

9. Here’s a prime specimen of a Park Slope brownstone, elegant, spacious and move-in ready. Dating to 1891 and designed by Rudolf L. Daus, according to the listing, it sits at 426 4th Street, where it cuts a fine figure from the street, with a generous stoop and an angled facade that’s complemented by the curved front of the house next door.

8. Here’s a fine figure of a Park Slope brownstone, with choice details, modern updates and a prime Center Slope location. It’s at 258 Garfield Place, in the Park Slope Historic District and just over a block from Prospect Park. It’s a big one, 20 feet wide and 50 feet deep, with a two-story extension in the rear. There are 4,600 square feet all told, split between a garden rental and an upper triplex.

7. This Bed Stuy brownstone on MacDonough Street needs work and may come with other issues as well, but its original details are intact and awaiting someone ready to take on a restoration project. To get right to the “other issues” — it’s a four-story with three units, a lower duplex and two upper floor-throughs, and the listing allows that one “may not be delivered vacant.”

6. In Crown Heights, we find a four-story tan brick and limestone number on Bergen Street, in the Crown Heights North Historic District. This one delivers in the original detail department, with mirrors, tiled mantels, crown moldings, wainscoting, mahogany millwork and more. Maybe parquet floors as well, though at the moment whatever’s there is covered with carpet.

5. Here’s a nice-looking corner loft with three good-sized bedrooms, some nice architectural features and skyline views. It’s on the fifth floor at 29 Tiffany Place, a.k.a. the Ariana Condominiums, an eight-story former factory that sits on a cobblestoned strip in the Columbia Street Waterfront District. It’s got the airy feel you want in a loft, with 11-foot ceilings and an open kitchen.

4. Here’s a standalone on Marlborough Road in Ditmas Park, with aluminum siding and a front porch. It’s a legal two-family, according to the listing, but with a renegade layout that includes an apartment on each floor, including one in the basement, which is windowed but may or may not be legal. The interior is unexciting but looks to be in decent shape.

3. Next up is a compact one-family on Sackett Street in the Columbia Street Waterfront District. It might look a little unexciting with its baseboard heaters and somewhat featureless interior, but it appears newly renovated and will make a nice family home. It’s got three stories and a finished windowed basement, with the top floor holding a low-ceilinged master bedroom and a terrace.

2. This brownstone on 6th Street in Park Slope has some interesting features. For starters there’s a fourth-floor addition with a front turret, making for an offbeat exterior (and an interesting interior space with a circular skylight.) There’s also an unusual mix of styles, with a Victorian-ish feel to the detail-filled and period-wallpapered parlor floor and a Zen vibe in the top-floor master suite, which offers sliding Shoji screens.

1. This brownstone on Macdonough Street in Bed Stuy, is a looker, combining original details with modern minimalism, though the latter is consistent in this case. It offers a garden rental with a triplex above, and the latter is quite a lovely space, described in the listing as “an acclaimed architect’s true labor of love.” In the detail division, there are marble mantels, a pier mirror and arched entrance doors.
