The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a 20th century brick home in Sheepshead Bay, a Colonial Revival in Flatbush and a Brooklyn Heights co-op in a former church.

While there were multiple listings in Bed Stuy, the rest of the popular listings were scattered across the borough, from Brooklyn Heights to Sheepshead Bay. The least expensive of the group is a Bed Stuy brownstone at $998,00 and the most expensive a wood frame in Clinton Hill at $4.5 million.
