The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a row house in Crown Heights, a carriage house in Prospect Heights and a standalone in Prospect Park South.

Popular listings were scattered across the borough this week. The least expensive on the list is the Bed Stuy rental at $3,000 a month and the most expensive is a Fort Greene Italianate at $7 million.
