Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

First up, a stunner of a duplex co-op, housed on the upper floors of an 1860 Italianate townhouse at 138 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn Heights. The rear of the house overlooks the promenade, which makes for some killer views of the harbor and the Manhattan skyline; combine that with elegant detail and generous spaces and it makes for a winning package. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $3.875 million, which was $1.075 million below the asking price.

Then we have an above-average one-bedroom with six big windows and dual exposures on the 20th floor, which makes for some pretty impressive views that incorporate the harbor and the skyline. It’s in the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce building at 75 Livingston Street, an Art Deco number built in 1927. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $975,000, which was $20,000 below the asking price.

After that, we have a newly renovated Crown Heights brick standalone that’s pretty nice as flips go, with some restored original moldings and woodwork. It’s at 199 Sullivan Place, on the nabe’s southern end, a 10-minute walk from Prospect Park. This former House of the Day sold in May for $1.84 million, which was $155,000 below the asking price.

Wrapping it up, we have a loft-like unit in the Smith Gray, a 19th century building on Broadway in Williamsburg, converted to condos in 2002. It’s quite a nice one, spread out over three levels, with a fetching double-height living room, with a floating iron staircase and a wall of windows. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $1.885 million, which was $110,000 below the asking price.
