This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bath Beach, Park Slope, and Ditmas Park. How did they fare?

In Bath Beach, a semi-detached frame dwelling is a single-family with mantels, stained glass, and wainscoting. This former Open House Pick entered contract in March.

In Park Slope, a top-floor co-op in a Park Slope Edwardian flats building is roomier than the typical Brooklyn apartment and has no lack of original details plus a private roof deck. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $1.85 million, which was $100,000 over the asking price.

There aren’t many interior photos to go by, but what is on view of this early 20th century Colonial Revival house in Ditmas Park shows some intriguing interior details including mantels, a coffered ceiling, stained glass, and an impressive staircase. This former House of the Day entered contract in February.

This Park Slope Italianate was heavily photographed after striking renovations by prior owners and was a House of the Day in 2011 and again in 2017. The Italianate was back on the market and most recently an Open House Pick. It sold in April for $5.9 million, which was $95,000 under the asking price.
