This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bay Ridge, Prospect Heights, and Fort Greene. How did they fare?

While it’s lost some original details such as doors, this Bay Ridge prewar apartment is larger than most with two bedrooms and a dining room. It’s also on the top floor and has high ceilings and views, according to the listing. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $650,000, which was $51,000 over the asking price.

Also in Bay Ridge, an early 20th century row house hasn’t been on the market since the 1940s, and while it may be in need of some updates, it also has potential with built-ins, inlaid floors, a coffered ceiling, and more. This former House of the Day sold in April for $1.1 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.

With three bedrooms and a den, this is one of the largest apartments we’ve seen for sale at Prospect Heights’ P.S. 9 Annex. It also has high ceilings, extra tall windows, interesting moldings, and wood floors. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $2.225 million, which was $130,000 over the asking price.

In the Fort Greene Historic District, an 1870s brownstone is set up with a duplex with three rental units above. Period details still in place include moldings, a marble mantel, a pier mirror, and a ceiling medallion. This former Open House Pick is still available.
