This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in East Flatbush, South Midwood, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

This semi-detached Tudor-style home in East Flatbush is a two-family with one unit per floor, a basement with a built-in bar, and a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $999,000, which was $49,000 over the asking price.

In South Midwood, a standalone early 20th century wood frame has some original details like mantels, stained glass, wood floors, and wainscoting. It also has room to spread out with two floors of bedroom space. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.745 million, a price cut of $130,000.

In addition to an impressive brick and limestone facade, this Park Slope townhouse has some fine period details and updates that are sympathetic to the home’s original character.
