This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Greenpoint, Bay Ridge, and, a neighborhood outside of the borough, Jackson Heights. How did they fare?

This circa 1907 limestone in the Park Slope Historic District is set up as a single family with the kitchen on the parlor level. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $4.275 million, which was $175,000 under the asking price.

This 1870s Neo-Grec is in the Greenpoint Historic District. The single-family has some wood floors, an original newel post, and a stair with a niche. This former Open House Pick is still available for $2.65 million, a price cut of $750,000.

In Bay Ridge, an early 20th century single-family has wood floors, four bedrooms, and two full baths. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $1.2 million, which was $101,000 over the asking price.

It’s in Jackson Heights, Queens, not Brooklyn, but this co-op is both spacious and remarkably intact, with original kitchen cupboards, bathroom tile, mantel, and parquet. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $1.2 million, which was $275,000 over the asking price.
