This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Windsor Terrace, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

In the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, this brownstone is a four-family with an owner’s duplex and three rental units. Details on the interior include plasterwork, mantels, and a stair with newel post. This former Open House Pick entered contract in July.

Also in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, a two-family brownstone has an owner’s triplex with a kitchen on a curving mezzanine. This former Open House Pick sold in June for the asking price of $6.5 million.

Going by the handful of listing photos, this Windsor Terrace row house appears to have been well cared for over the decades, with gleaming wood floors and attractive stone mantels. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2 million, which was $195,000 under the asking price.

An apartment in a frothy Beaux-Arts building in the Park Slope Historic District has plenty of original features and potential to expand. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $1.4 million, which was $205,000 over the asking price.
