This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Park Slope, Bed Stuy, and Bushwick. How did they fare?

In Prospect Lefferts Gardens, this early 20th century limestone designed by the prolific Brooklyn architect Benjamin Driesler has a renovated open plan kitchen at the rear of the house, while some period features like wainscoting and moldings remain elsewhere. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2.6 million, which was $195,000 under the asking price.

An 1880s Neo-Grec in the Park Slope Historic District is set up as a single-family, with the kitchen at the rear of the open-plan garden level. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $2.995 million, which was $200,000 over the asking price.

On MacDonough Street, a Bed Stuy row house has white woodwork and trim throughout, a renovated kitchen, and some period details. Those details are mostly found in the lower duplex of the two-family, with mantels, wall moldings, stained glass, picture rails, and wood floors in evidence. This former House of the Day sold in June for $1.999 million, which was $200,000 under the original asking price.

In Bushwick, this renovated single-family row house has wainscoting, built-ins, and fretwork, along with four full bathrooms. The former Open House Pick sold in July for the asking price of $1.495 million.
