An 1880s row house in the Bed Stuy/Expanded Stuyvesant Heights Historic District is a two-family with a garden rental below a triplex. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $2.55 million, which was $55,000 over the asking price.

This petite brick house in Flatlands has arched doorways, parquet floors, and an attached garage. The single-family has two bedrooms and two baths. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $655,000, which was $40,000 over the asking price.
