In the Park Slope Historic District, this 1908 limestone is a renovated single-family. After a $335,000 drop in price to $5.15 million, this former Open House Pick entered contract in September.
A brick row house in Park Slope comprises a duplex and a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $2.75 million, which was $100,000 below the asking price.
In Greenpoint, this wood frame house is set back from the street and set up as a single-family. After entering contract in May, this former Open House Pick sold earlier this month, according to the listing, although the sale has yet to hit public records.
This early 20th century row house in Bay Ridge is set up as a single-family. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $1.425 million, which was $75,000 over the asking price.
