This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Carroll Gardens, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, and Cobble Hill. How did they fare?

This renovated single-family in Carroll Gardens has central air and a roof deck. The four floors of living space include a full floor bedroom suite with a terrace. This former Open House Pick sold in September for $7.25 million, which was $745,000 under the asking price.

A striking house in the Crown Heights North Historic District stands apart from its neighbors and boasts parking along with some fine period details. The standalone brick house is wide at 30 feet, with deep eaves and an eye-catching portico with Ionic columns. This former House of the Day sold in August for $3.3 million, which was $695,000 under the asking price.

This 1890s Queen Anne in the Clinton Hill Historic District has an upper duplex and two rental units. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $3.268 million, which was $268,000 over the asking price.

It is a photogenic unit, with wood floors, mantels, and window seats from which to admire the view. And the Cobble Hill apartment also comes with a parking spot and access to a shared roof deck. This three-bedroom former Co-op of the Day sold in August for $2.765 million, which was $15,000 over the asking price.
