This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Carroll Gardens, Fort Greene, Sunset Park, and Sea Gate. How did they fare?

This brick row house in Fort Greene is a single-family with kitchen and dining on the garden level. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $3.65 million, which was $650,000 over the asking price.

In the Sunset Park South Historic District, a brick row house is a two-family with a duplex and a top floor rental. Details in the 1890s brick and brownstone dwelling include mantels, ceiling medallions, and pocket doors. This former Open House Pick entered contract in September.

A single-family in Sea Gate is part of Tudor Terrace, advertised in 1932 as “Brooklyn’s most modern development.” The three-bedroom house includes an attached garage. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $650,000, which was $100,000 under the asking price.
