This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Fort Greene, Carroll Gardens, and Boerum Hill. How did they fare?

At 11 South Oxford Street, this grandly scaled brownstone still has some impressive period details like marble mantels, pier mirrors, and wood floors while a renovation has given it a modern country style kitchen, updated bathrooms, and a palette of soothing paint colors. This former House of the Day sold in August for $7.45 million, which was $50,000 under the asking price.

In Carroll Gardens, a renovated two-family has an owner’s triplex with a garden level rental. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $5.1 million, which was $195,000 under the asking price.

Over in the Boerum Hill Historic District, this 1860s brick row house has a few period details, including a marble mantel and some wide-plank floorboards. This former Open House Pick sold in September for $2.7 million, which was $295,000 under the asking price.

Finally, packed into a compact co-op unit in Boerum Hill are some features that might appeal, including in-unit laundry and a wood burning fireplace. The second-floor one-bedroom is one of eight units in a walk-up building. This former Co-op of the Day was taken off the market in October.
