This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Heights, Windsor Terrace, Boerum Hill, and Fort Greene. How did they fare?

While the monthly maintenance is not inconsiderable, this Prospect Heights Classic Six has room to spread out, elegant details, and windows on three sides for good light. The location is prime, the top floor of 50 Plaza Street East overlooking Grand Army Plaza. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract this month.

In Windsor Terrace, this early 20th century brick row house is a two-family with one unit per floor. While not recently renovated, it appears in good condition and has a wood deck in the backyard. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $2.39 million, which was $290,000 over the asking price.

In the Boerum Hill Historic District, this circa 1849 row house has been renovated with updated wet rooms, central air, and other modern amenities, but still retains a hint or two of its earlier interior. Those details inside 142 Bergen Street include five Greek Revival-style marble mantels, some wide planked floor boards, moldings, and an original newel post. This former House of the Day sold in December for $4.256 million, which was $506,000 over the asking price

In the Fort Greene Historic District, this wood frame house dates to the 1850s. The single-family has been renovated, but there are a few original details like a marble mantel and wood floors. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $3.8 million, which was $1.1 million under the asking price.
