This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Beverly Square West, Park Slope, Flatbush, and Canarsie. How did they fare?

First up, in the Flatbush micro nabe of Beverly Square West, this expansive house has been renovated with an open plan living and dining room with a modern, working fireplace, but still has a few period details along with plenty of bedroom space and parking. This former House of the Day sold in November for $3.175 million, which was $175,000 over the asking price.

A true loft in Park Slope’s Ansonia Clock building has exposed beams and bricks, along with in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. The two-bedroom is on the second floor of a four-story, 70-unit former factory that went co-op in 1983. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $1.625 million, which was $130,000 over the asking price.

A Flatbush row house has charm to spare and is seemingly in move-in condition. The white walls and dark-stained parquet floors are striking; there is also stained glass and period doors and moldings. This former House of the Day sold in December for the asking price of $1.15 million.

Finally, for someone who sees the potential, this early 20th century standalone offers wood floors, a retro kitchen and bath, and the modern addition of solar panels. In Canarsie, the single-family dwelling has new wiring and a “fairly new” roof, the listing notes, but there are still plenty of projects for a new owner to tackle. This former House of the Day sold in November for $635,000, which was $14,000 under the asking price.
