This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Heights, Cobble Hill, Bay Ridge, and West Midwood. How did they fare?

In a Prospect Heights postwar elevator building close to Grand Army Plaza, this one-bedroom co-op offers many charming features with 1950s Ă©lan, including an original kitchen and bathroom in apparently fine condition. The rooms are large, and there are corner windows and parquet. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in January.

In a Cobble Hill complex with a noteworthy architectural pedigree, this two-bedroom corner unit was renovated with an open plan living room and kitchen, beamed ceilings, and built-in storage. It is on the fourth floor of 140 Warren Street and is part of the Cobble Hill Towers, the 1870s red-brick buildings originally developed by philanthropist Alfred Tredway White as housing for the working class. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $930,000, which was $50,000 under the asking price.

On 84th Street in Bay Ridge, a single-family row house has Arts and Crafts details and a parking space in the rear. Features include a sunroom, original gas fireplace in the living room, parquet floors, beamed ceilings, and a dining room with original built-ins. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $999,000, which was $70,000 under the asking price.

This West Midwood early 20th century standalone house got a recent makeover that left the charm of the front porch intact while giving the interior a new look. The update included partly opening up the layout of the first floor, renovating all of the wet rooms, and adding a bathroom. This former House of the Day is still available for $2.35 million, a price cut of $150,000.
