In Dyker Heights, this 1890s manse was designed by one of Brooklyn’s prolific architects and retains an impressive amount of period detail, both inside and out. This former House of the Day sold in April for $2.9 million, which was $1,399,999 under the asking price.

In Clinton Hill, a one-bedroom in the World War II-era Clinton Hill Cooperatives has a spacious layout with a fair amount of storage space. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $730,00, which was $5,000 under the asking price.

Finally, a standalone single-family in East Flatbush is petite, with two-bedrooms and one full bath. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $600,00, which was $75,000 under the asking price.
