This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Sheepshead Bay, West Midwood, Flatbush, and Windsor Terrace. How did they fare?

In Sheepshead Bay, this early 20th century detached brick house is a two-family with a garage. This former Open House Pick entered contact in May.

Purchased only last year, this Prospect Heights floor-through in a Victorian apartment building came back on the market with a renovation that added a powder room, among other updates. This former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $1.85 million, which was $100,000 over the asking price.

An early 20th century standalone in West Midwood has an enticing wraparound porch, a spacious interior with six bedrooms, and a few period details while also offering a new owner an opportunity to make their own design mark. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in June.

In Windsor Terrace, an early 20th century row house has pristine early woodwork and a high-end renovation. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $3.4 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.
