This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cypress Hills, Clinton Hill, Bay Ridge, and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?

On the top floor of a Cypress Hills elevator co-op, this unit has a generously sized living room, five closets, and updated wet rooms. At 224 Highland Boulevard it is also within walking distance of Highland Park. This former Co-op of the Day is in contract, according to the broker’s listing.

In the Clinton Hill Cooperatives, a one-bedroom has a spacious layout and plenty of storage, including some built-ins. It is on the eighth floor of 201 Clinton Avenue, one of the buildings designed during World War II to solve a housing crisis for defense workers at the nearby Brooklyn Navy Yard. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $825,000, which was $105,000 over the asking price.

This early 20th century Bay Ridge row house is a single-family with wood floors, moldings, and four bedrooms. The former Open House Pick sold in November for $1.1 million, which was $99,000 under the asking price.

In Bed Stuy, this renovated two-family has a garden level one-bedroom apartment with a triplex above. This former Open House Pick is still available.
