This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Windsor Terrace, Bay Ridge, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

This Windsor Terrace one-bedroom has a number of things going for it, including curving banks of windows and arched openings. Near Prospect Park, it’s located at 176 Seeley Street, a 55-unit, six-story Colonial Revival red brick apartment building dating from 1938. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in April.

In Bay Ridge, this early 20th century row house has some fine period details and appears to be move-in ready. The dwelling is set up as a single-family with living, dining, and kitchen on the parlor level and, on the floor above, three bedrooms and a full bath. This former House of the Day sold in June for $1.51 million, which was $160,000 over the asking price.

It hasn’t changed hands in decades, so while a new owner might want to give this Prospect Lefferts Gardens single-family a few modern upgrades, it comes with some appealing period details and plenty of living space. Being sold “as is” according to the listing, the Romanesque Revival-style row house at 42 Rutland Road has mantels, moldings, fretwork, and stained glass spread across four floors. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in May.

In Park Slope, this narrow brownstone is a two-family with a duplex above a garden rental. There are some period details including mantels and moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $3.365 million, which was $370,000 over the asking price.
