This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bay Ridge, Downtown Brooklyn, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

In Bay Ridge, this single-family Tudor on a court has a garage. On the interior are parquet floors, three bedrooms, and two baths. This former Open House Pick entered contract this month.

They have managed to survive the development push in Downtown Brooklyn, but all four houses in an unprotected Greek Revival row have hit the market, their future unclear. Listed for sale individually, ranging in price from $1.97 million to $2.6 million, the houses were also available together for $9.15 million. Featured as a former House of the Day, they were put back on the market this month after previously being under contract.

One of a charming stretch of Tudor Revival row houses, this Prospect Lefferts Gardens single-family retains its picturesque exterior with half timbering and a red tile roof along with some period interior details. Within the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District at 26 Rutland Road, the early 20th century dwelling has wood floors, a brick fireplace, and a sleeping porch still intact. This former House of the Day is still available for $1.995 million, a price cut of $200,000.

It certainly has an impressive price tag, but this circa 1860 brownstone also has a long list of elegant details to go along with that asking price, including a designer renovation. There are updated wet rooms for each unit, central air, and singular details like a staircase ornamented with abstract floral ironwork. The three-family also has intact historic features like plasterwork and marble mantels. This former House of the Day is still available.
