Brooklyn Real Estate Listings Six Months Later: One Sold, Three in Contract

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Williamsburg, Madison, Crown Heights, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

This former Open House Pick entered contract in December.

This former House of the Day sold in December for $2.035 million, which was $35,000 over the asking price.

In the Park Slope Historic District, this early 20th century limestone is set up as as a single-family and has central air. This former Open House Pick entered contract in December.
