This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Madison, Park Slope, Bed Stuy, and Boerum Hill. How did they fare?

In Madison, this 1920s Dutch Colonial is a single-family with a garage. It is in estate condition with wallpaper, a vintage kitchen, and a pink bathroom. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.099 million, a price drop of $391,000.

On the second floor of a big brick Queen Anne corner building in the Park Slope Extension Historic District, this three-bedroom is spacious, with charming original details, and comes with its own garage. This former Co-op of the Day sold in January for $2.03 million, which was $35,000 over the asking price.

In Bed Stuy, a brownstone with four stories and incised details is set up with two floor-through apartments over an owner’s duplex. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $2.205 million, which was $245,000 under the asking price.

One of a stretch of individually designated dwellings in Boerum Hill, this two-family Italianate has a striking exterior and some fine interior features including marble mantels, pocket doors, and an original stair. This former House of the Day is still available with another broker for $6 million, a price drop of $500,000.
