This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, South Midwood, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

First up, filled with period detail, this Park Slope Neo-Grec is on the market for the first time in decades. In addition to moldings, mantels, and built-ins, it features a top floor artist’s studio. This former House of the Day sold in December for $4.6 million, which is $405,000 under the asking price.

In South Midwood, this six-bedroom standalone includes stained glass windows. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.7 million, a price cut of $135,000.

A single-family row house in Bay Ridge is renovated and looks to be move-in ready. This former Open House Pick sold in December for the asking price of $1.575 million.

Finally, in an 1890s flats building, a two-bedroom Park Slope co-op benefits from two exposures and has a few period touches along with some modern storage solutions. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for the asking price of $1.195 million.
