Brooklyn Real Estate Listings Six Months Later: Two Sold, One in Contract

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Carroll Gardens, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Windsor Terrace, and Midwood. How did they fare?

First up, in Carroll Gardens, this brownstone is a three-family with some wall moldings and plasterwork. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $4.6 million.
