This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Windsor Terrace, Fort Greene, Flatbush, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens. How did they fare?

With high ceilings and elegant moldings, this Windsor Terrace two-bedroom could be a head turner with a little sprucing. It’s on the second floor of 14 Prospect Park Southwest, a circa 1915 building known as The Augusta across from Prospect Park. This former Co-op of the Day was taken off the market in March.

There are some nice period details like stained glass windows and wood floors still in evidence in this spacious standalone, along with some updates to the wet rooms and the bonus of parking. At 761 East 22nd Street, it is located in the Flatbush micro nabe of South Midwood. This former House of the Day is still available for $1,899,500, a price cut of $85,500.

In Fort Greene, a wood-frame Italianate appears unchanged since actress Christina Ricci and her spouse bought it in 2015, presumably as an investment property. The two-family is set up as a duplex over a garden apartment. This former Open House Pick entered contract in March.

There are only a handful of photos of the interior of this single-family Prospect Lefferts Gardens row house, but there are enough to show some intriguing original details, including fretwork, mantels, a pier mirror, and pocket doors. In the historic district, 160 Midwood Street is on a leafy street a few blocks from Prospect Park. This former House of the Day sold in March for $1,999,999, which was $200,001 under the asking price.
