This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Bay Ridge, Fort Greene, and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

Across from Prospect Park, this two-bedroom is in a 1960s building that the original builders promoted as providing “sumptuous living” with “outstanding appointments.” The unit on the fourth floor of 185 Prospect Park Southwest has few mid-century details intact while a recent update makes clever use of built-ins to provide more storage. This former Co-op of the Day sold in October for $830,000, which was $31,000 over the asking price.

In Bay Ridge this early 20th century single-family has a two-car garage. There are also wood floors, three bedrooms, and three full baths. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $1.39 million, which was $85,000 under the asking price.

An 1870s Italianate house in the Fort Greene Historic District is 22 feet wide and configured with a garden-level unit and a generously sized owner’s fourplex above. This former Open House Pick entered contract this month.

Back on the market after a 2021 sale, this 1840s townhouse in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District is a substantial 25 feet wide with five floors of living space. While some period details like marble mantels remain, some of the finishes date to a 1909 renovation. This former House of the Day entered contract in August.
