This week, the most popular real estate listings on Brownstoner include a Windsor Terrace semi-detached house, a Bushwick wood frame, and a Carroll Gardens brownstone.

Carroll Gardens and Prospect Lefferts Gardens were popular this week, with other listings scattered around the borough and even into Columbia County. The least expensive property on the list is a Bed Stuy rental at $6,600 a month and the most expensive is the Carroll Gardens brownstone at $3.5 million.
