This week, the most popular real estate listings on Brownstoner include a Carroll Gardens brownstone, a Prospect Lefferts Gardens standalone house, and a Bed Stuy rental with Gilded Age details.

Park Slope and North Brooklyn were popular this week, with other listings scattered around the borough. The least expensive property on the list is a Bed Stuy rental at $6,600 a month and the most expensive is the Park Slope limestone asking $5.485 million.
