This week, the most popular real estate listings on Brownstoner include a Sunset Park row house, Park Slope limestone, and a Prospect Lefferts Gardens standalone.

Popular listings were scattered around the borough this week, from Bay Ridge to Williamsburg. The least expensive property on the list is a Bed Stuy rental at $6,600 a month and the most expensive is a Park Slope limestone asking $5.485 million.
