The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Flatbush co-op, a Prospect Heights row house, and a Park Slope brownstone.

Park Slope was popular this week with other listings dotted around the borough and even extending into Queens. The least expensive property on the list is the Flatbush co-op at $520,000 and the most expensive is the Park Slope townhouse at $9.75 million.
