The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Park Slope co-op, a Fort Greene wood frame, and a Bed Stuy brownstone.

Carroll Gardens and Park Slope were popular this week, with other listings scattered around the borough. The least expensive property on the list is a Carroll Gardens rental at $4,250 a month and the most expensive is a Park Slope brownstone at $5.999 million.
