This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bed Stuy, Park Slope, Fort Greene, and Gowanus. How did they fare?

In Bed Stuy, this two-family is set up as a duplex with a top floor rental. The listing photos show some details intact like mantels, wall moldings, and fretwork. This former Open House Pick entered contract in March.

Lit by windows on three sides, this Park Slope Edwardian apartment has a spacious layout and pristine woodwork. It’s on the third floor of 163 Prospect Park West, a pale gray brick Beaux-Arts apartment building with a heavy cornice and neo-Classical flourishes facing Prospect Park. This former Condo of the Day sold in March for $1.885 million, which was $385,000 over the asking price.

In the Wallabout Historic District, an 1850s wood frame has some curb appeal with a columned front porch on which to lounge and some interior charm with wide-plank floorboards, mantels, and tin ceilings. This former House of the Day entered contract in April.

A Gowanus carriage house was renovated into a single-family dwelling with three bedrooms and a roof deck. This former Open House Pick is still available for $6 million, a price cut of $1 million.
