This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Flatbush, Greenpoint, and Fort Greene. How did they fare?

An airy co-op in a late 19th century Beaux-Arts apartment building has high ceilings, a mantel, delicate plaster decoration, and stained glass windows. It’s on the second floor of 126 Greene Avenue, also known as 385 Clinton Avenue. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $1,515,840.

In Flatbush, an early 20th century standalone got a makeover that gave the interior a new look that included partly opening up the floor plan of the first floor, renovating all of the wet rooms, and adding a bathroom. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.99 million, a price cut of $109,000.

This Greenpoint wood frame is a three-family with one unit per floor. Listing photos show some wood floors and wall moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $2.45 million, or $51,000 over ask.

In the Fort Greene Historic District, a four-family brownstone is configured with a duplex below three rental units. Some details, including marble mantels, wood floors, moldings, and stained glass, are still in place. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $4.74 million, which was $260,000 under the asking price.
