This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Bed Stuy, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?

For a sense of Brooklyn charm, it is hard to beat the petite mews houses of Warren Place. Commissioned by philanthropist Alfred Tredway White in 1878, the stretch of Gothic Revival workers’ houses are tucked behind a fence with a shared garden and pedestrian-only access in the Cobble Hill Historic District. This one comes with a rare deeded parking spot and a large garden with a shed. This former House of the Day sold in June for $3.2 million, which was $450,000 over the asking price.

The list of details inside this early 20th century row house is rather long: built-ins, mantels, a passthrough, hardware, moldings, marble sinks, and more. It has been in the same family since the 1970s and sits within the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District. This former House of the Day sold this month for $2.25 million, according to the broker site, which was $45,000 under the asking price.

In Bed Stuy, this brick row house has mantels, moldings, and wainscoting, among other details. Set up as a single-family, it has a kitchen at the rear of the parlor level. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $1.54 million, which was $10,000 under the asking price.

Across from Sunset Park, this early 20th century row house is a two-family. The listing notes that it is being sold “as is.” The former Open House Pick sold in May for $1.52 million, which was $172,000 over the asking price.
