Inside, the single-family has parquet floors, a dining room and arched doorways. The vintage bathroom has original wall tile and matching fixtures, an arched tub surround and basketweave tile floors. In Midwood, an early 20th century brick house has a garage, driveway and some impressive vintage details although it may also need some work. The fully detached house has a mix of updates and original details, including moldings, wood floors and doors. The intact vintage bathroom is particularly prime, with jade colored wall tile and matching fixtures, an arched tub niche, separate shower, contrast multi-colored checkered tile floor, and a stained glass window. The jade Deco tub needs restoration, and the floor in the English basement appears to need attention. There are three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a recently updated kitchen. The house last sold in 2021 for $650,000.
