Our picks for open houses to check out this weekend are found in Clinton Hill, Park Slope and Bushwick. All two-family brick row houses, they range in price from $1.295 million to $3.35 million.

In Clinton Hill, this brick townhouse with brownstone trim has been gut renovated with attractive finishes and a nod to history by its LLC owner. The two-family — set up as a garden one-bedroom with triplex above — has clean, modern lines and is mostly white with pops of blue and two historic Italianate marble mantels. Features include central air, a vented washer-dryer, deck and horizontal fence. Apparently empty for years and missing a roof after a fire tore through the row, it sold in a 2019 estate sale for $773,000. A permit for an addition and a change of occupancy from two to four families appears to still be active.

In Park Slope, a petite Neo-Grec brick row house has a charming angled bay window and incised brownstone trim. The interior is in need of updating but appears to have most of its original details intact under the dropped ceilings and paneling, if the listing copy and sparse photos are anything to go by. The two-family is narrow at 15.5 feet, has two arched marble mantels and the original staircase. In estate condition, it is set up as a floor-through apartment over a duplex. The duplex has kitchen and dining on the garden level and parlors and bedroom above.
