Our picks for open houses to check out this weekend are found in Fort Greene, Midwood and Marine Park. They range in price from $959,000 to $2.2 million.

In Fort Greene, a wood-frame Italianate appears unchanged since actress Christina Ricci and her spouse bought it in 2015, presumably as an investment property. The two-family is set up as a duplex over a garden apartment. Wide at 22 feet, the standalone house has a round stained glass skylight over the stairwell and a coffin corner. Apart from that, not much original detail has survived, but the place looks to be in good condition and has a lush backyard.

We’re getting Storybook Tudor vibes from the old tax photo of this early 20th century house in Midwood. Dating from 1923, according to the certificate of occupancy, the standalone single-family has a garage and plenty of space, with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There’s a lot going on inside but also potential with original features such as big rooms, wide doorways, a sunroom, and herringbone floors.

In Marine Park, a red-brick house dating from the early 20th century has Tudor Revival details — a dramatic gable and matching peaked canopy — as well as a garage. The semi-detached single-family is in estate condition but appears to need mostly cosmetic updates, such as fresh paint and removal of wall to wall carpet. Original features include arched openings, coved ceilings, moldings, original doors, a sunroom, and an Arts and Crafts style staircase. There are four bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a finished basement.
