This week, we’ve got three homes in move-in ready condition, and one that remains a mystery. Two have garages, and they’re located in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Beverly Square East and East Flatbush.

First up is a four-bedroom, two-bath, bay-fronted Park Slope charmer that sits at the end of a colorful row of homes on the block and has a quaint window seat in the parlor-level kitchen. There’s an original curling center-stair that’s in excellent shape, plus tin ceilings and what the listing claims are original, restored wood floors throughout. And, if you’re wondering about the collection of statues on the marble mantel in the parlor, the home is currently owned by an Emmy-winning television producer and a writer.

Next up, on the Carroll Gardens border, another four-bedroom, this one with a whopping four bathrooms. Currently divided into a three-family, the semi-detached property (it is adjacent to a row house and a single-story driveway) has the owner’s duplex on the garden and entry-level floors with two single-bedroom apartments above. The garden floor has exposed brick and wood beams, plus a nice-looking sunroom, and the apartments above the duplex are both spacious. Plus there are four fireplaces, at least three of which appear to be functional.

In Beverly Square East, a historic micro-nabe near Ditmas Park, we have a three-story, five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath wood-frame with a shared driveway and a garage. Going by the floor plan, any potential buyer will probably want to renovate the first floor, which contains the living areas as well as four offices, although the interior it isn’t pictured. The property doesn’t appear to have a certificate of occupancy, but PropertyShark lists it as a one-family with a store or office, which could make finance tricky.

Lastly, a spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath detached home in East Flatbush with a driveway and one-car garage. There’s large windows that allow a significant amount of light, especially in the bedrooms, as well as a number of arched doorways and parquet floors in the living and dining rooms. One of the bathrooms has a bowl sink made out of wood, with a matching live-edged wood countertop, and the finished attic with sloping walls and exposed beams has a fairly epic bedroom setup.
