This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Sunset Park, Midwood, Dyker Heights and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

This 1920s one-bedroom has a new Ikea kitchen with blue cabinets, original parquet floors and woodwork, and a low monthly maintenance fee. It’s located on the second floor of 549 41st Street, a Finnish co-op that faces the neighborhood’s eponymous Sunset Park. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $440,000, which was $9,000 under the asking price.

With a bright yellow front door, this Midwood single-family projects a bit of cheery curb appeal while the interior has some nice design touches to perk up the modest home. The front door opens into the appealing window-wrapped sunroom with wood floors, a wood slatted ceiling and French doors leading into the living area. This former House of the Day sold in March for $950,000, which was $151,000 over the asking price.

In Dyker Heights, an early 20th century semi-detached brick house with a garage is move-in ready and has fun updates as well as original details. The single-family has mini split air conditioning, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A den with colorful wallpaper in the front has been opened to the living room, and a wide arched doorway leads to the dining room and original staircase. This former former Open House Pick sold in May for $1.2 million, which was $1,112 over the asking price.

This Greek Revival row house for sale at 60 Joralemon Street in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District has an unusual next-door neighbor, but what really sets it apart from other Brooklyn townhouses is its extra wide rear garden. The brick single-family also has fine black marble mantels, wide plank floorboards and other rare details of the period to catch the eye. This former House of the Day sold in June for $6.5 million, which was $501,000 over the asking price.
