This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, East Flatbush and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

In Park Slope, this top floor one-bedroom has a few period details in keeping with the 1930s history of the building, a practical layout and four closets. Located at 140 8th Avenue, the unit has parquet floors, moldings, the expected niche, Deco tile in the bathroom and even some original hardware. The foyer has the first of the four closets. An arched opening leads into the living room where there is room for dining and another closet. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $875,000, which was $24,000 under the asking price.

In East Flatbush, an 1899 buff brick and brownstone row house has been nicely renovated while preserving original details. The latter include wood floors, moldings, mantels with original tile and pocket doors. The single-family has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an attractively landscaped backyard with two decks. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $1.35 million, which was $49,000 under the asking price.

In Park Slope across the street from Prospect Park, a two-bedroom co-op is filled with rich woodwork intact from the building’s days as a luxe single-family mansion. On the garden and parlor floors of 118 Prospect Park West, the duplex comes with a not-insignificant price tag along with off-street parking and garden access. The duplex has two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry and a home office on the garden level; the main living spaces are located on the parlor floor. This former House of the Day sold in December for $1,999,999, which was 104,999 over the asking price.

An easy stroll from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, a Greek Revival multi-family hasn’t been on the market in decades. The 25-foot-wide brick row house at 42 Willow Street has copious period details intact, including black marble mantels and an original stair, as well as attractive modern updates such as a vaulted double-height great room and nicely landscaped backyard. It is currently set up as three-family with a garden apartment and two duplexes above. This former House of the Day sold in December for $7.2 million, which was $550,000 under the asking price.
