All of them are single or multi-family homes on the market for over $1 million, topping out at $4.5 million. They span a wide array of Brooklyn neighborhoods, including Williamsburg, Sunset Park and Ditmas Park.

10. This renovated two-family at 288 Leonard Street in Williamsburg has lots of modern touches to match the neighborhood it’s located in. The townhouse is a three-story, with a two-bedroom floor-through apartment over a triplex that includes the cellar. The exterior is newly redone, with wood planking running vertically on the top two floors and horizontally on the basement level. The new wood door has a slatted design.

In Sunset Park on 51st Street, there’s a semi-detached three-story brownstone, which the listing describes as “a masterpiece.” Twenty feet wide, the house has an upper duplex, with three bedrooms and three full baths, and a garden rental, which is duplexed with a finished basement. The owner’s duplex has an open plan first floor, with recessed lighting, exposed brick accents, mod light fixtures, a kitchen with an island and copious white cabinetry, and a paneled-glass rear wall leading out to a steel-railed deck. This one has also made a previous appearance in open house picks; it’s since seen a $100K price cut.

There’s an open plan ground floor with an open staircase, a powder room and a washer and dryer.

The duplex has three bedrooms, with exposed wood beams (and 10-foot ceilings); the master’s got an en suite bath and a walk-in closet. It probably doesn’t need to be said that there’s an open-plan parlor floor, which has a small sun room in the rear that leads to a wraparound deck, and a kitchen with a U-shaped white stone countertop.
