Top 10 Brooklyn Real Estate Listings: Flips, Fixer-Uppers and Opulent Brownstones
Each of this week’s most viewed listings broke the million dollar price mark.
This week’s Top 10 most viewed listings on Brownstoner all shared a common thread – each one crossed the million-dollar mark. Two of the listings even crossed the eight-digit threshold. Additionally, each of last week’s Open House Picks made the cut into the top 10 this week.
There were multiple listings this week in Park Slope and Bed Stuy – the least expensive home on the list was a flip in Bushwick asking $1.1 million, and the priciest was a Park Slope brownstone asking $12.75 million.
Which would you choose?

5. On 8th Avenue in the Park Slope Extension Historic District, this house is one of a row of six “shopkeeper’s homes,” designed to hold a store on ground level with living space above, accessed via a back staircase. Built circa 1887 and, according to the listing, owned by the same family for the past 67 years, it’s currently set up with an apartment on each of its three levels, but could be refigured in several ways. Whether the owners reconfigures it or not they’ll have plenty of work to do: it needs “just about everything,” says the listing.
