It’s a beautiful prewar building in a top-notch location and other than one or two small design touches that don’t float our boat it’s a very attractive and well laid-out pad. If the maintenance we a tad cheaper we’d say the asking price was a lay-up. Either way, we suspect it’ll get pretty darn close.
