Other than there being too much wall-to-wall carpeting for our own taste, this three-bedroom co-op at 35 Prospect Park West is looking pretty sweet to us. There’s 1,500 square feet, a nice prewar vibe and recently a renovated kitchen. Another nice twist is the maintenance, which at $1,042 is quite low for this big an apartment in a full-service doorman building. Then again, the asking price isn’t exactly low: $1,325,000.
