It was just days ago that we noted in a post that five of the ten most expensive co-ops in Brooklyn were in one building: 9 Prospect Park West. Since then, yet another beautiful and expensive apartment in the building has hit the market. Unit 11C, which boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with killer corner views over the park, is asking $2,200,000. No small chunk of change, but, as the broker puts it in the listing, for that price you get “the space of a townhouse” along with “the service of a white glove building.” Worth it?
