It’s on the third floor of 374 South 2nd Street in Williamsburg. The six-story, 41-unit tan brick building dates from 1924 and has some neo-Classical touches such as columns around the entry and arched window details.

The living room has parquet, picture-frame molding, wainscoting and two windows. The bedroom has a hardwood floor and coved ceiling. The kitchen has been updated with a faux wood floor, green-painted cupboards and subway wall tile. The bathroom has black and white square tile and white fixtures.

The building is “well maintained,” according to the listing. It has a live-in super and additional caged storage although not, apparently, laundry.

The income restrictions are on the generous side, with a cap of $112,080 for one person, $128,600 for two and $144,120 for three. The monthly maintenance for the apartment is low at $453.
