This 10th-floor apartment at The Sweeney Building in Dumbo came on the market in September with an asking price of $1,375,000; last week it was trimmed to $1,359,000. The interior is lovely and large. Like many converted condos in Dumbo, the main drawback of this place is that the second bedroom (or, more accurately, the home office) lacks windows. This place also doesn’t have as good light and views as one would expect from such a high floor. Still, the living area is huge, as is the master suite, and all the finishes are tasteful and in good shape. It appears to be priced about in line with other units in the building and nearby competitors like One Main Street and 70 Washington.
